I’m Alin.

 

I am a certified Professional Facilitator and HR Consultant based in London, working with clients both in person and virtually. My goal is to help teams work together better. 

 

With a facilitator, teams are often able to achieve greater productivity and reach their goals more efficiently.

 

I believe that people hold the key to driving change, and that with time and effort, anyone can learn and grow. I support companies and teams in having more effective meetings, whether that’s through facilitating team meetings, strategy sessions, town halls, or navigating challenging conversations.

 

With extensive international experience in HR, I’m well-equipped to address your HR operational and organisational development needs. I have substantial experience aligning HR processes and practices with business objectives.
